Online booking that runs on your own website

Customers pick a service, see the times you are actually free and book, without leaving your site or making an account. You run it all from your client portal, and your calendar fills itself, even out of hours.

Try it outDemo only: nothing is booked.

Bookings while you are busy

People can book in the evening, at the weekend, or while you are with someone else. No need to worry about missed calls or responding to emails.

Fewer no-shows

Visitors get a confirmation and reminders before each booking, plus a link to move or cancel. A change comes with notice instead of silence.

No double bookings

A time can only be booked once, and times you are busy in your own calendar are blocked automatically.

Looks like your site

Booking is built into your design, so visitors never get sent to a third-party scheduling page, and you have no scheduling app to pay for.

Everything that is included

What your customers see

  • Real free times

They choose what they want to book and see only the times that are actually open, for the length that service needs.

  • In person, phone or video

Each service can be at your premises, over the phone or on a video call. Video bookings get a Google Meet link with Google Calendar connected, or a Teams link with a Microsoft 365 work account.

  • Confirmation and reminders

A confirmation email goes out straight away. You choose up to three reminders, each from an hour to 30 days before the booking.

  • Move or cancel themselves

Every email carries a link to move or cancel, up to a cut-off you set. You are told about each change.

  • A short, simple form

Name, email, phone number and a notes box. Nothing for the customer to sign up to.

How you run it

All of this is in your client portal, and you change it yourself whenever you like.

  • Your services

Set up as many services as you offer, each with its own length and where it takes place.

  • Hours and days off

Weekly hours, holidays, one-off changes and the UK bank holidays you do or do not work.

  • Rules that protect your day

Minimum notice, a gap between appointments, how far ahead people can book, and a cap on bookings per day or per customer.

  • Your bookings at a glance

See what is coming up, mark the ones who did not turn up, and keep an eye on how busy you are.

  • An email for every change

A message when a booking is made, moved or cancelled, so nothing happens without you knowing.

Calendars and teams

  • Your calendar stays in step

Connect Google, Outlook or iCloud Calendar. Times you are busy there are blocked, and each booking appears in the calendar you choose.

  • Calendar trouble flagged early

If a calendar connection stops working, you are alerted so you can reconnect it, and the booking page keeps working meanwhile.

  • A diary for each person

Everyone on the team gets their own login, hours, days off and calendar. You choose who offers each service.

  • Pick a person, or anyone

Visitors can choose who they would like to see, or leave it to whoever is free.

Going further

Not every business needs these, so they are set up on request. Ask about them on the call.

  • Take payment when they book

Charge for a service or take a deposit at the point of booking. Payment goes straight into your own Stripe account, and is refunded in full if the customer cancels before your cut-off. Needs the payment processing feature.

  • Group sessions

Run classes or workshops with a set number of places and visitors can book until it's full.

  • Questions before they book

Ask a service-specific question, such as the make of boiler, and have the answer waiting on the booking.

How it gets onto your site

  1. 01

You tell me how you work

You tell me all of your services, their lengths, your hours and who takes bookings.

  2. 02

I build it into your site

Booking is designed to match the rest of your pages, then tested end to end before launch, including moving and cancelling.

  3. 03

    You take it from there

Services, hours and days off are yours to change in the portal. Connect a calendar and bookings start landing in it.

What it costs

Included in the Growth and Premium packages. On any other package it is a £350 add-on.

It is a live service, so your site needs at least the Standard maintenance plan, from £150 a month. There is no separate account or subscription on top.

Common questions

Do customers need an account to book?
No. They choose a service and a time, give their name, email and phone number, and they are booked. The confirmation email has a link to move or cancel it.
Do I have to connect a calendar?
No. Bookings appear in your portal and in your inbox either way. Connecting a Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar adds two things: your busy times are blocked automatically, and each booking appears in the calendar you already use.
What happens if the booking service is down?
It's built on reliable infrastructure so this is highly unlikely. If it does happen, I'll probably fix it before anyone notices but in the meantime your site shows your phone number and email address instead, and bookings already made are not affected.
How long are bookings kept?
Each booking is deleted 12 months after the time booked, unless you ask for it to go sooner. Events written to your own calendar are yours to keep or delete.
Can I use my existing scheduling tool instead?
I build around the booking service I run, which is why it matches your site and has no extra account to pay for. If you already rely on another tool, mention it on the call and we can talk it through.
